Ryder Lafferty Races To First Career Overall Win At Lead Belt National Enduro

Ryder Lafferty has been waiting a long time for this day to finally come, and yesterday he was able to grab his first ever National Enduro Overall Victory at the Lead Belt National Enduro in Park Hills, MO. It was the closest margin of victory in AMA National Enduro history, as Ryder fought hard all day in an all out battle with the Baylor brothers, and was able to come out on top by a mere 0.662 seconds.

Ryder was in the mix early after two test being only seconds behind sitting in third place, but in test three he was able to put down the fastest time in that section leap frogging him into the overall lead. From there he rode smooth and smart and was able to hold off the charge from both Baylors and grab the overall win at the Lead Belt National Enduro.

Noah Clark was excited to be in his home state of Missouri this weekend. He got off to a little bit of a slow start early in the day. but as the race went on his times were getting better and better. At the end of the day in the technical Pro/AA/A section 6 Noah was able to post a top 3 time in NE Pro2 and 9th overall. That was good enough to move up a couple positions to finish the day 6th in NE Pro2 and 13th overall.

Next up for the XC Gear/ Enduro Engineering Husqvarna Race Team is the Burr Oak GNCC in Millfield, OH this Sunday. Ryder Lafferty is looking to build off of his NEPG Overall victory and come out swinging for a win in the XC2 class.
