Dallas, Texas – Between the hard deadlines and hot torches, Gas Monkey Garage can be pretty heated in every sense, but Gas Monkey Energy aims to cool things down by partnering up with Woodies Racing Snocross team.
“As a Texas boy I haven’t been around many snow sports, but I gotta say, what these guys and girls are doing is just kick ass!” said Richard Rawlings. “This partnership not only exposes me and to a new sport, but Gas Monkey Energy to an audience that’s totally new to the Gas Monkey brand. And who knows, maybe I’ll get to jump a snowmobile!”
Richard Rawlings
Woodies Racing is a family affair with Paul and Kym Woodie running the show while his children Kaden (age 20) and Taven (age 16) compete in the AMSOIL Championship Snocross Series. They’re joined on the team by a third rider, Theo Poirier (age 17), and all will be representing the GME brand on snowmobiles, suits, and trailers this coming season. Further expanding on the partnership, GME will remain with the team during the summer months for ATV MX National races.
“We knew Snocross would be a great fit for Gas Monkey Energy,” said Paul Woodie. “Our fans are passionate, they work hard, and spend time in the garage. Not to mention our mechanics are also going to benefit from having Gas Monkey Energy in the trailer.”
