Hunter Patenaude took advantage of a weekend off for the AMSOIL Championship Snocross tour by working on his race craft at the Eagle River World Championship Derby.
Patenaude swept the snocross portion of the event, winning the Friday Night Thunder program and then backed it up with a main event win over his brother Leo on Saturday.
Patenaude’s Scheuring Speed Sports teammate Lincoln Lemieux was home in Vermont over the break rehabing a shoulder injury from the ACS event in Minnesota. Lemieux, who has three Pro wins this season, is expected to be at full speed as the national tour rolls into Deadwood, South Dakota for rounds seven and eight this weekend.
