Nowthen, MN (July 19, 2021) – Hemmer Motorsports has officially signed Nick Lorenz to race Pro-Lite for the the 2021-2022 Amsoil Championship Snocross Season.
Lorenz, the 2016 Sport class champion and five-year Pro-Lite veteran, is a top competitor in the class with multiple wins to his credit, including two in 2021. Lorenz is entering his sixth Pro-Lite campaign after securing third place overall in both the 2016-2017 the 2019-2020 seasons. Lorenz is poised to make a run for a championship in 2022.
“Nick is a proven winner and the Polaris is a proven sled,” Hemmer Motorsports co-owner Steve Hemmer said. “We couldn’t be more excited to have a championship contender in the semi.”
Co-owner Nick Hemmer added, “I believe we are in a perfect position to have a successful 2022 season with Nick Lorenz in our semi. He has proven to be top contender in the Pro-Lite class and he is just as enthusiastic as we are to get back to racing and put the Polaris on top of the box.”
Lorenz brings with him an impressive resume that includes his 2015-2016 Sport class title, along with three Pro-Lite wins, seven podium finishes, and a third overall in both the 2016-2017 and 2019-2020 Amsoil Championship Snocross year-end points.
