Marcus Ogemar

Jordan Lebel kept the hammer down on the Lites class in Minnesota, sweeping his second straight weekend of racing. Top challenger Ryley Bester continued to be Lebel’s biggest threat, nailing his starts, leading both main events early and despite a stumble on Saturday night, clawed back inside the top 10 to retain his spot at number two in the rankings.

Andy Pake has shown the outright speed and come from behind race craft that landed him on the podium Friday and possibly make him a potential winner should Lebel falter. Conversely, Marcus Ogemar has not had the pace of the front-runners, yet, be has been very consistent and has proven to be a rider that gets stronger as the season rolls on and his best may still be to come.

The class veteran Evan Daudt is racing at his highest level ever and with two podiums already to his credit is another rider who could sneak out a win should the door get left open. Daudt’s teammate Evan Christian had a rough go in Shakopee with a couple of big crashes but he should be 100% for Deadwood, where he picked up his first win as a rookie in 2022.
