In the first big move of the off-season, KC Motorsports has signed Evan Daudt to race the team’s Fly Racing/Lucas Oil-backed Polaris in the Pro Lite class in 2020-21.
Daudt, of Longville, Minnesota, is a perennial top 10 finisher in the Lites division and was tied for sixth in the class when the 2020 season was cut short. His best finish last season was a third at Canterbury Park in Shakopee, Minnesota.
“I’m super excited to sign with KC Motorsports! They have a very strong program and are going to be such a great group of people to work with. Evan Christian and I get along great and I think we will really be able to push and motivate each other.”
Evan Daudt
We are really looking forward to having Evan join the team. He is an experienced contender in the Pro Lite class and someone who can be a mentor to our son Evan as he progresses in his career.
Karl Christian
With the season being scattered over a number of open weekends and ultimately coming to an early end after only six events, Evan Christian will be returning to the Sport class in 2021 to get one more full season of racing for a championship under his belt. Christian was fourth in Sport points when the final two weekends were cancelled.
