Snowcross Super League returns after one year to Boden February 3-4th. Once again Energy Arena and fantastic snowcross fans around Boden will host the Super League season opening. The three-day event will include the Dominator head-to-head format, which will open the season on friday. The Dominator will be a fast-paced, man-versus-man event that will set the tone for an exciting year of racing. Action continues on saturday with full day racing on Super League season opening heats and finals. On sunday snowcross fans can follow the season´s first race of Swedish Championship snowcross.
Snowcross Super weekend is organized together with Boden NMS and Super League race organization.
The big football arena hoasts a racing surface that combines high-speed with big-air and brings fans up-close to all the action. Stadium goes through some modifications for the race weekend, to make sure the track will be wide and long enough. MSP Event Ab CEO Mikael Nilsson is the main sponsor of the event and also spokesman to the Super League. Nilsson is also in charge of the race track; ”Last year we got some really good feedback from the track. This year we will make it even better, wider and longer, so fans will see more racing action.”
Record breaking number of racers
The Snowcross Super League is run by all of Europe’s toughest snowcross drivers. There is racers from five different nationalities Finland, Sweden, Norway, USA and Austria.
This year there is a record breaking number of racers at the Super League. Already 160 racers have signed for the race and 20 toughest Pro –racers will battle for the Snowcross Super League championship title. In the national swedish Championship race on sunday there is over 100 racers participating.
The Super League second and season ending race will take place on March 25-26, 2023 in Ouluzone, Finland.
