Ski-Doo snocross phenom Elias Ishoel made a giant stride in getting back to race shape over the weekend, winning the Open Class at the prestigeous Arctic Cat Cup in Ostersund, Sweden.
Ishoel has been recuperating from a broken femur suffered in a dirt bike crash last summer and while was in the U.S. last fall to take part in the AMSOIL Championship Snocross tour with his new team, BOSS Racing, he returned home to Norway after just a few days of testing.
We reached out to Ishoel today and he informed us that will not be back to join the national tour this weekend in Deadwood, South Dakota but is having discussions with his team about a future return.
