DJudnick Motorsports is pleased to announce we have signed rising star Trent Wittwer to a two-year contract to race the team’s Pro class entry. Wittwer is one of the most dedicated young riders on the AMSOIL Championship Snocross tour and has proven over the past two seasons that he has all the tools to be a Pro caliber racer for many years to come.
In 2018-19 Trent won three Pro Lite finals as a rookie and made his way to the podium six times. Wittwer finished fourth overall in the Lites class after battling for the top spot for much of the season. He was also the Sport class National Champion in 2017-18, when he raced to three wins and eight podiums.
Wittwer brings with him an aggressive riding style and deep desire to win. Something that has been missing from the team’s Pro entry since Ross Martin retired at the end of 2017.
Trent Wittwer
“I don’t think anybody expected me to move up to the Pro class, and the fact of me switching brands tops it off. I’m sure it’s going to shock a lot of people, but it was the right move for me and I couldn’t be more excited to work with such a great group of people who have the desire to win just like I do.
I grew up watching Ross Martin have a lot of success with Polaris and the Judnick Motorsports team and the fact of me getting the opportunity to do the same gives me goose bumps. I didn’t take much time off from this past snocross season, as I’m doing everything I can to make sure I’m the most prepared for my Pro debut come Duluth.”
