Elias Ishoel hangs on to the number one spot this week after a sweep of rounds 9 & 10 in South Dakota. We’ve got Hunter Patenaude and Kody Kamm in a deadlock at second place and while we normally weight our rankings heavier towards main event finishes, Kamm’s consistency is allowing him to stay within reach of Ishoel in the points column and continue to hold Patenaude at bay, even though he has fewer podiums.
Adam Peterson may have been docked a few main event points on Saturday night but overall performance throughout the weekend tells a bigger tale, moving him up three spots this week. Daniel Benham and Emil Harr both showed they are the equally strong among the mid-fielders and just need to put together two nights in a row to get to that next level.
